This SERVICE is provided by Honeybank Studios LTD (a limited company registered in England, company number 12680460) and is intended for use as is. This document is used to inform users regarding our policies of collection, use, and disclosure of data.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Collection and Use ​

When using feedshift, we collect data, this includes:

If you’re directly using the bot’s commands and features ​

  • Your Discord User ID.
  • Discord Guild/Server IDs of where the bot is being used.
  • Which commands/features are being used.

When accessing the bot’s website ​

  • Your IP address may be collected by us.
  • If logged in, Your Discord User ID will be stored.
  • Which paths of the website are being accessed.
  • The user agent of the device used to access the website.
  • Access tokens required to access the site and services.
  • The Discord servers which you have access to.

We also collect information necessary to running the service, such as information you input into our services. We are required to store this information in order to provide our services to you. In addition to providing our services, we also use this information to improve experiences using our services.

Storage and Security ​

feedshift takes privacy and information security as our utmost concern. We continuously review our security policies and undertake regular threat assessments. We value your trust in providing us with information, thus we strive to provide its adequate protection by using commercially acceptable means. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Cookies ​

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. Our website uses Cookies in order to identify you to provide our services. If you choose to refuse cookies, you will not be able to access certain parts of the website.

Cloudflare ​

Live Chat ​

We provide a live-chat service on our website which allows you to communicate with our support team directly on our website. This service is provided to you by Crisp Chat, which collects information when you use our site and the live-chat pop-up. Hotjar Analytics ​

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

feedshift services may contain links to external sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy ​

Our Services can only be provided to persons of the age of 13 or over. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If such incidents are reported or discovered, this information will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that the necessary actions can be taken.

Payments ​

feedshift includes recurring subscriptions, these subscriptions lets you access additional feedshift features for a monthly or annual price. When you sign up for a subscription, our payment partners Stripe & Paddle may store personal information relating to your purchase. We recommend that you read their policies regarding data collection before signing up:

Requesting or removing your data ​

If you’d like your data to be removed from our service, or would like to request a copy of the collected information, you can contact our legal team at legal@feedshift.io.

Changes to our Privacy Policy ​

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will attempt to notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We may not always be able to notify you of any changes to these policies.
