By using feedshift (formerly known as TweetShift), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using our services.
feedshift is a SERVICE provided to you by Honeybank Studios LTD (a limited company registered in England, company number 12680460) as is. If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, do not hesitate to contact our legal team at legal@feedshift.io
If you would like your account to be excluded from feedshift, please follow our exclusion guide for the quickest possible resolution.
You are not permitted to copy, or modify our services, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the services. The services itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Honeybank Studios LTD.
Honeybank Studios LTD is committed to ensuring that the services are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the services, or charge for its services, at any time. We will never charge you for the services or its services without explicitly making it very clear to you what you’re paying for.
feedshift securely stores and processes data that you have provided to us in order to provide our services. It is your responsibility to keep your access to the services secure. You can learn more about our data storing and processing in the Privacy Policy.
Along the same lines, Honeybank Studios LTD cannot always take responsibility for the way the services is being used i.e. With respect to Honeybank Studios LTD’s responsibility for your use of the services, when you’re using the services, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you.
By using feedshift, you must also understand and accept that Honeybank Studios LTD accepts no liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect), you experience as a result of using any feature of our service.
At some point, we may wish to update the services. Honeybank Studios LTD does not promise that it will always update the services in ways that are relevant to you. We may also wish to stop providing the services, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving prior notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licences granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the services.
Recurring payments
feedshift offers certain recurring subscriptions which enables users to access additional feedshift features for a monthly or annual charge. By starting a feedshift paid subscription for your server/guild, you understand that feedshift (via our payment partner Stripe, or marketplace partner Paddle) will charge you the price displayed during checkout. We’ll always make it clear how much you will be charged and how often you’ll be charged before you sign up. If you sign up to a recurring subscription, we will automatically charge your preferred payment method at our agreed price point on our agreed payment schedule. feedshift may need to contact you from time to time regarding your account, you agree that you permit us to email your registered address with important updates. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you choose to stop using a feedshift paid subscription - we will not automatically cancel your subscription for you if you stop using feedshift. Along the same lines, if you are kicked from a server you are paying a subscription for, we will not automatically cancel your subscription. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can go online to the feedshift dashboard, or contact our billing department at billing@feedshift.io
Payment disputes
We will always strive to ensure that your feedshift experience is perfect, however, if you have issues with your subscription or payments, we advise all customers to please get in contact with either our support team or billing department (billing@feedshift.io) before contacting their bank - this is because disputes via banks often cause miscommunication between customers and merchants, and handling bank disputes is difficult as a small business. If you are found to make false disputes to your bank regarding feedshift payments, we reserve the right to remove your access to feedshift.
Free trials and refunds
You are not permitted to utilize multiple free trials to avoid paying for features which would normally require payment, users who utilize an excessive amount of free trials will be suspended. If you purchase any subscription, and have your subscription cancelled (either by feedshift or yourself), feedshift has no obligation to refund you the amount of money that you didn’t utilize in your subscription’s payments after it has been cancelled in all circumstances. Permitted Use
You agree that you will not use feedshift to:
- Violate any law or regulation, including, without limitation, any applicable export control laws, privacy laws or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Honeybank Studios LTD.
- Use the services in a way that is dangerous, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information from any other user.
feedshift does not permit the use of our free services for commercial purposes/monetary gain. You must have a feedshift paid subscription to use feedshift commercially.
Usage responsibility
feedshift accepts no responsibility for any damages or losses that occur as a result of using this service or providing us access to your data or servers. You accept full responsibility for anything that any actions, decisions, or consequences that arise from granting this access. Ensure you have read and understood all terms before proceeding. All use of the services are at your own risk.
Legal age of use
By using our service, you agree that you are over the age of 13. Use of our services under this age is not permitted.
Changes to our Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated in the future. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We may not always be able to notify you of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are effective as of the 30th of January 2024.
