Thank you for choosing feedshift! If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we're here to help.

Refund amounts

The amount that we can refund you varies based on which subscription type you have, and how recently you made your purchase. If you are on a monthly subscription, we can refund you the last month of payment, or if you have been experiencing a prolonged issue, we can refund you up to the last 6 months of your subscription.

If you are on an annual subscription

  • If your purchase was within the last 30 days: We can offer you a full refund of the total amount paid.
  • If your purchase was within the last 6 months: We can refund you 50% of the total amount paid.
  • If your purchase was not made in the last 6 months: We can refund you 25% of the total amount paid.

Getting a refund

Before you request a refund, we’d like to help you fix your issue - so we ask that you visit our support server to chat to our friendly support team, who are prepared to help you fix any issues you are experiencing. Alternatively, if you would rather just get a refund without receiving assistance, please email our billing department at billing@feedshift.io with your full name, last 4 digits of your payment method, and Server ID (obtainable via the /server-id command). If we have reason to believe you are defrauding us, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund.

Changes to our policies

This policy may be updated in the future. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We may not always be able to notify you of any changes to this policy.
